"The worst over the phone customer service I've ever experienced"
"My order shipped on 2/23/2023 with delivery date of 2/24. This was updated to 2/25, then 2/27. The last tracking data showed it was on the truck and out for delivery on 2/28. It is now 3/1 @ 2:48pm and still no package. Tracking data still shows it out for delivery yesterday. This is beyond sorry service."

"Just used FedEx home delivery last week was a nightmare. Calling them to leave simple instructions for my delivery so it wouldn't be stolen. Asked for the driver to call me so I could meet him at the door. Was told that wasn't possible because the driver wasn't responsible for notifying me of the delivery. Seems that FedEx doesn't care if your package is stolen. Will never use them again. I will find a company that respects their customers."
