"Horrible customer service. I came in looking for bracelets or necklaces for men. Since I’ve never purchased anything like that before, I didn’t know exactly where to start or what to expect for a price point, but I gave the sales rep my starting price point and I quickly felt rushed off by her because apparently my price point was too low. Nor was I shown or suggested anything that might help me start. And to top it off, the sales rep’s friend or previous customer entered the store and she couldn’t wait to get to this customer, so she quickly focused on getting their attention by yelling across the store and moving in their direction while still talking to me (mind you, I was standing still). I was super embarrassed by her actions. If the sales rep would’ve been more helpful and attentive, I would’ve probably spent an 3x the more than the amount more I started at. Never judge a book by its cover."
