"My first thought when I walked in was what the ???? My first impression when I walked in was not good. It’s extremely junky (most dollar stores do have inventory out in aisles but this wasn’t boxes of stuff it just looked like a junkyard. They had ONE person working who was probably so overwhelmed because she had a super long line. The refrigerators have mold and also a pet potty pad in them to absorb the moisture which was off putting… the signs are falling down.. overall this is more a reflection of the corporation and not the employees. I left without buying anything. Because what is this…"

"Unfortunately it was busy and only 1 cashier ... Didn't understand that but I get it corporate prolly trynna cut hours ... Unfortunately that makes the establishment lose business. everyone doesn't have time to sit and wait for the next customer to finish up with their transaction. It's fine if it's 3 people in line and it's one person on the register .... But when the line builds to 8+ customers with multiple items .... Let's be real ... This isn't the kind of store that should have a line build up. The cashier was straight , he was only working with what he was presented with but as far as my experience... Well ... There ya go. I know it's prolly all on corporate at the end of the day but seriously if you pressed for time .... And you go in and see 1 person on the register with a line wrapped to the back ... Save yaself the time and energy and go to Walmart. Self Checkout can be unpredictable but it's a lot more convenient."

"The entire time I was in the store I had to listen to the women who were working, not just complaining about, but completely bashing another employee after she left. They were not talking about her work ethic, in fact they said she was a great worker, but they were talking about the girl's personal life, her relationship, her living situation, her child and childcare arrangements. They, mainly the one woman who had to be the manager on duty (9/7/22 1:55 my receipt stamp) could be heard through the entire store and went on for something like 15 minutes. It was disgusting. I truly hope that the girl they were talking about does not have to deal with this toxic work environment nor anyone else. I have never felt so compelled to defend a stranger in their absence. No one was wearing a name tag and my receipt has no cashier name on it, but this specific example of management is not a good representation for the entire chain."

"I arrived at store exactly at 9:54p.mDoors already locked. A Caucasian women stood standing saying she didn't work there and no manager was there. When I kept asking why are you in there with the doors locked and its not closing time. A lady name Nikki stated she was the manager and she said her store manager, closed the draw she can let me in and accept my card. When I asked her ab the lady she said she didn't know her. If y'all close at 9:54 please update the times online because this could have been prevented. Ive never had a bad experience at this store. UPDATE!!!! 2-26-22 I just found out the store close at 7:30p.m wow very late notice. Please update your business hours online."
