"I don't recommend this company. They measured twice and quoted. Then they disappeared and did not respond to emails, phone calls or text. They wanted 1/2 of the money upfront. Thanks God I didn't pay as I had more questions. After dragging them down they stated that they had no time for the job they quoted for. An obvious excuse. It seems that they do this a lot. from reviews here and on Yelp. Super unprofessional"

"Jody had worked with me previously to replace my boat windshield. He was so good and fair I made a mental note to contact him if I had another need. We renovated our master bath with a large glass shower so I called. Jody was great from start (listening to our desires, his input, and measuring, etc.) to finish (installation). "I would totally recommend Glass Etc. to anyone. Great work, done quickly and done right!!! We were on vacation and we cracked/broke a glass piece covering an oval coffee table. I brought the piece to Glass Etc. and Jody said they would have a replacement for us the next day. I was surprised and relieved that the turnaround time would be so quick. They called me that same afternoon and said it was ready! When I got the piece back and placed it on the table it did not fit properly, and did not cover the table completely. I called and they apologized and said they would cut a new piece and bring it out the next day. Jody asked me if I was sure the original piece actually fit and I assured him that it did. Jody came out the next day as promised and set the original piece on the coffee table. It was an exact replica of the replacement they had made me. (The original never fit properly). I was totally embarassed by my mistake, but Jody could not have been nicer. He said he has always prided himself on perfection and customer service and he proved it to me."
