"At our rental, we had our AC set at 77 degrees during the summer. NOBODY was living in this rental it was vacant. We left them a key to get into the house to change the carpet. when we went back to the house the AC was set at 66 degrees but the house temp was 84!!! They turned our AC down and broke it! then they didn't want to take responsibility and help us get the ac fixed! horrible!"
