"Had the battery replaced in my i phone they messed up the screen and now my home button doesn’t work. Phone was in perfect working order before I took it to them other than battery wouldn’t hold a charge To make it worse now apple won’t work on my phone now because an unauthorized repair person opened it up which should’ve been told to me upfront . Now I have to buy a new phone. Don’t bring your phone to be serviced here take it to an authorized service dealer. If you can’t fix phones you should take down the signs that advertise that you do. Wish I would have read the reviews before hand seems I’m not the only person who’s phone has been damaged by them."

"I got my screen replaced maybe 2 weeks ago or less. I noticed the screen touch screen was being off. Then yesterday the screen gets a white line on the side. Then the phone slowly losses its screen and goes black. I went into the store today and the sales associate that the screen is cracked and that the most they can offer is 10 or 15% off. Since it was the not their fault for the screen. It was a waste of $200 bucks you are better off getting a new phone or spending the money at the Apple Store to get it fixed. I did not drop my phone it most have bumped something to get the crack. I would not trust it if it could not last more then a few weeks"

"Batteries Plus at Goose Creek,SC #1060 went above and beyond once again. A true blessing and team of absolute heroes! This isn’t the first time they have come to my rescue. Woke up to a dead battery and when I called the store to see if they had a battery available to stop in and pick up, they told me the owner was out making some deliveries that he would swing by and run a diagnostic on the battery and bring a battery just incase. He walked us through the whole diagnostic and showed us the super low amps the battery was barely pushing, he even changed out the new battery for me and took care of the old one. Going out of his way for a customer between deliveries proves they genuinely care about their customers! A company with values like this , I will be customer for life.
