"These folks are utterly amazing. I recently had car battery issues for my visiting son's car. Short notice and my roadside assist even failed me, they never showed up. I called to make sure they had the exact battery, was finally able to get jump started, and (I WISH I could remember her name!) a wonderful lady, a manager, installed the battery for me, and was pleasant, professional and so helpful. I am an older military veteran with some disabling problems and have little mobility, her installing this for me was such a blessing. Thanks! "The 3 times I have come in the smallest question is the biggest inconvenience for the older gentleman working the counter. He has been rude to not only myself but other customers at this location and has all around gotten himself a bad reputation for his lack of customer service skills. I'm sure he has been working there forever and is very knowledgeable in subject but he has to he more patient and helpful if he wants customers to return. I will not be back to this location after 3 tries. 3 strikes and you're out"
