"Beautiful hotel ! Hotel was built in 1868 and is in impeccable condition. Clean comfortable cozy rooms. Friendly, welcoming staff made us feel at home. Excellent service too! Will definitely visit again."
"Wow - such a great experience. Charming building, welcoming staff, huge breakfasts, pre dinner drinks and snacks, then desserts after dinner too! Too many good points to mention. I don't normally rave about hotels - but this one was great."
"Our Room & bed was very comfortable. Food and drinks excellent. Chef even shared his recipe for honey biscuits. Parking onsite & lot off with easy access on street. Lovely home in great location."
"Wonderful weekend in Savannah. Lovely b and b. Beautifully restored. Honestly the best b and b service we've experienced. Staff are warm and welcoming. Food is amazing. Evening appetizers and late night desserts offered. Breakfast even served in room if desired. How they carried those heavy silver trays laden with such deliciousness up to our third floor room astonished us. Food arrived perfectly prepared and still hot! Highly recommend."
"The staff are warm and welcoming, and consistently go above and beyond to give you great service. The Oglethorpe Suite was worth the extra money, since we had two working fireplaces that we enjoyed nightly. They gave you a menu to fill out for breakfast the night before. The choices were always nice: lemon ricotta pancakes, blueberry french toast, shrimp and grits, custom omelet, biscuits, fruit, tea, coffee, juice etc. SO nice and personal. They gave great recommendations for activities and food. The neighborhood was gorgeous and I could wander around there for hours. This was an easy-going, nice place to stay. The happy hour selections were wonderful and the dessert hour was great too. Go ahead and book this place! You will not be sorry!"
