"This place is horrible, first when we got here they tried to make us pay a second fee but we already paid online. Then when they finally let us in our room the room stunk . The wallpaper was coming off the bathroom was messed up and there is cigarette burns every where . Finally when I was sleeping what did I find in the bed? Condoms."

"What can I say about this trip. Room did not met expectations nor price. Paid 436.56 for 2 nights. Refrigerator was broken had owner check it out twice. Saturday night I got a little cold, so we went to turn on heat. Guess what doesn't work. Had owner come check he insisted unit's not made for heat nor am I gonna get the heat I would in new York. Nevermind I'm from South Carolina. Never mind the fact that I'm a director of a Maintenance department and I know everything I need to know about Amana ptac systems.. on top of paying 140 for an upgrade. Don't think I'll say again. So a total of 436.56, 60 deposit, and 140 room upgrade. And it's no refund nor where they Willing to reimburse at least half the upgrade price"

"Good location. Walking in the smell was bad. At check in, they charge a $60 no smoking/no pet deposit. Our room was very hot, the thermostat did not work, the lamp didn't work and a roach was crawling on the toilet. Keep trying to call front desk, continued getting a busy signal. We go down to let the front desk know about the air. They moved us to a different room/floor. The TV was larger but the remote didn't work. Bathroom was very dark and it had a burned out light. The wallpaper at the elevator control panel was in bad shape. Would not recommend."

"Terrible.. like, one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. First, the pictures online hardly look anything like the room. The pictures online have cute, matching, clean, decorated rooms. Our room had stains on the bed, no complimentary anything minus TP and hand soap.. which are basics. Which was really unfortunate because we were traveling and needed toothpaste and shampoo. AC sucked. We had to call down a few times while there because we couldn't find a few things. Example: room booked for 2 adults, had 3 pillows on the bed. Etc. Anyway, the lady we spoke with over the phone was not super polite. The guy wasn't much better. Almost seemed put out we were there. On top of all of that, when we finally got in that night we were exhausted, but had paid online ahead of time so we thought we were good. Nope. Randomly was told at the last minute that there would be a $50 deposit. Obviously that wasn't cool because we weren't told ahead of time and thank God we were fine financially, but I couldn't help but think about people who aren't so lucky.. We were too tired to argue so we paid it and went to bed. When it came to checking out, we left our room around 6:15-6:30 and walked down to the front desk... normal time for someone to be behind the front desk you'd think.. but no, no one was there. We rang the bell because it said if no one was out there then we need to ring it. We waited and waited- no one came. We finally just left the keys on the counter which is not secure. Just an overall terrible experience at a hotel. Yuck. Spend the extra $20 and find something clean and accommodating!"

"Hotel was horrible. Booked a room for vacation and when we arrived the lady said she needed more time to clean the room so we left and went and got food. Came back a hour later and checked in. Literally went upstairs for maybe 5 mins to examine the room and it was so disgusting. There was hair in the beds and all under the sheets. The bathroom was a mess and the shower was beyond dirty. I grabbed my things and checked out. They offered another room but if the entire 3rd floor was dirty why try again. I wasn’t even reimbursed some of the money I paid for the room I didn’t stay in. I will never recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in so everyone take this as a warning. Staff wasn’t considerate in their approach about the situation either. Never again"
