The windows have since been lost and while the team at Southern Lumber says they have done everything to find them, it felt that they were dismissive of the inconvenience because it was "not their fault," but the shipping partners. Their response and attitude implied that because our order was small it was insignificant, referring to it as "a small piddley" order. I found the customer service to be lacking in how they navigated the error, seemingly more concerned with what they didn't do wrong and what they are not responsible for, versus the considerable inconvenience it is for us as the customer and helping to troubleshoot that. As a customer with a smaller order it didn't feel like I was a priority."
