"I used to love the West Ashley Lowe's. Not anymore! The place is poorly stocked, the isles are a mess and hard to navigate, finding carts for lumber and larger items is difficult. Management obviously doesn't have a good handle on this place. I am moving more and more of my purchases away from this company."

"There is plenty of parking for everyone; handicapped, veterans, and everyday shoppers. Clean inside and outside. You can find just about anything to do with your home in here. Employees are pleasant to talk to. Isles are clean and not cluttered. No empty shelves. Bathrooms are clean. Gripes: Not many employees throughout the store to help you. When you ask, it takes them a bit to get to you. As well.... I'm not big on checking myself out, even something small. The couple places you can get someone to check you out, usually has a line. I recommend this store."
"Of the two big-box stores this is the best. But for the love of all that's holy do not engage their professional services. They say "Lowe's" will install your carpet (or whatever) but it's some random 3rd party, who uses random 3rd party contractors who do whatever. Good luck trying to hold anyone accountable, or deal with issues in any way at all."
"Great value for your money, great place to shop. I got keys done yesterday and I love it Mr. Scott was a great help. Thank you Mr. Scott. 9/26/2023 I am window shopping for a fridge, the one that I had broke down. I just took photos to try and compare and see the one I like and the one I can afford. Right now I have a rental fridge from Rent-A-Center."
