Our Piercing Tech was able to talk my nervous daughter through the entire process, the Gal working at the Register talked is through the Under Age Process, helped my daughter choose her new Rings then gave us the Care Instruction Sheet. Definately like that this Shop Specializes in Piercing, this isn't a tattoo shop that includes Piercing. There's a window where you can watch piercings or they allow a couple visitors to stand and watch from rooms for also."

"I took my 5 year old daughter to sticks and stones on Wednesday to have her ears We had had a bad experience with Claire's so I was a little nervous about doing it again, but let me tell you this place is amazing! Once we got in there and filled out the paperwork they called us up immediately and let Kendall pick out her earrings, the lady at the front was very thorough with explaining everything! One plus is they are very big on consent, so if a minor says no or shows any apprehension at any point they won't continue with the piercing, so I really like that they won't force a child to do something they dont want to! We were there for maybe 20 minutes total, they got us in and out, once we got back into the piercing room, Heather was very thorough and explained everything to Kendall to make her feel at ease about everything! She was quick and easy and Kendall only cried for a second! She was also very understanding that I had two other children with me, since I'm a single mom I had to bring them! "I got my nose piercing here last year and I can officially say it's healed with no issues!!! I've had so many friends go other places and have such a battle with their piercings, and their instructions were so thorough and helpful that I came out with it healing better than the earlobe piercings I got elsewhere years ago. I'm so glad they're upfront and clear about the risks and what they can and can't do, and remember: if a professional tells you they can't do the piercing you requested, they are doing you a FAVOR! I felt safe here and am thankful for the consideration they put in."

"i got my first and only piercing here around a month ago. the staff was super encouraging, friendly, and knowledgeable and had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. since getting my piercing, i’ve gone with friends when they have gotten theirs and the experience has always been just as good. when i had complications with my piercing (my fault lol) they were incredibly helpful in getting my jewelry changed and explaining exactly how to care for it! i cannot recommend them more!!!"

"Went here with my 5 year old daughter since she wanted to get her ears pierced. I went in front of her to show her it was ok. They did good with my piercings and they handled her ears very well. They offered to do both ears at the same time and that seemed to do better for her. Their policy to check the kids and make sure they're getting what they want without being pushed or pressured by parents is something I applaud. We had no issues at all. Great staff that does clean and quick work. Update: Went back for round 2 of piercings. Spoke to Amanda via email. She was quick to respond and helped me decide on the new locations. Answered every question I had in regards to layout and equipment. The entire staff is pleasant, professional, and efficient. No complaints at all."
