"Update: Since this review early this morning, LLflooring rectified the situation quickly. Very impressed with their customer service! ****** Myy husband and I just had 1200+ SF of LVP installed in a house we recently purchased and everything went well. Installers were amazing! A few days later we had to return 7 boxes to their store as they were slightly off on measuring. While at the store we decided to move ahead with renovating our two bathroom floors; changing out vanities and toilets as well as a large sunroom. They were quick to take our money, but out project is at a stop since they cannot get their installers to commit to an INSTALL DATE, for over a week now. That causes a ripple affect of the vanity contractors availability since he has a schedule too. Very disappointed and frustrated this time. Update:. We just received an install date, so hoping it sticks and goes well."

"Beautiful floors…for 3 weeks. Spent over $7k with lumber liquidators only for the floors to bend under our feet when we walk on them. The edges are curling up under our feet. The front of the vinyl is literally peeling off. LLflooring sent out an inspector who determined it was product failure. That was well over a month ago and we havent heard back from them with any plan of action. We have called many times and left messages. Talked to employees who told us that “we are waiting to see what we can do”. Never to get a call back. They are trying to cheat us out of 7k. Never again will i work with this company. We are devastated. An entire house of flooring, botched. It’s embarrassing to have guests over and we worry about the long term effects."
