"I went to get a battery change One day and two of their employees didn’t close my hood all the way and I got on the highway a couple days later and my hood flew up as I was driving and smashed my windshield and messed my hood up so I went to the manager to reimburse me and they gave me such a hard time and now the manager at the store is rude and cold anytime I come in which is very unprofessional to me. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!"

"I want to Thank Pete for being the only one who offered his assistance in helping me with my LED headlights. Not one single employee has ever offered to help make sure the part fit or worked for the make and model of my vehicle. The very first bulbs I purchased would have fit but that store didn’t bother to help find out except to return them and sent me to another store to be sold senseless Christmas lights by another employee only annoyed me further. It was a different store with Pete who made sure I got what I needed, made sure they fit and worked. And he did it with a smile. Thank you. Pete. I’ll be going to your store from now on."

Terence the manager made sure I was able to get the right brake line even though they weren't stocked with the part...He and his crew made the headache of losing brakes a lot more tolerable and I was otr with propperlyworking brakes in less than a hour"

"Being a long customer of Auto Zone, and needing a headlamp, I stopped at this location, and was a happy customer. Unsure of which lamp I needed, the store manager, Loushawnda looked it up quickly, and even went to the isle and located the options I had, with a brief description of the differences. She was even more kind in explaining how to change the bulb as well. While at the store, the other employees were assisting other customers outside at there vehicles, others taking orders at the register, plus shelves were being stocked, & cleaned. Nice to see a store well organized, and staff going out of there way to help customers."
