"I went to the North Charleston store the other day dreading the experience, it has always been horrible as far as getting actual help from knowledgeable employees. However, was pleasantly surprised. Tara and Harold were awesome. They showed me products in line with what I was looking for and took time to explain things. Harold helped even though it was time for him to get off and Tara was awesome and extremely patient. They listened to me and did not try to push me in any certain direction. If the answer was not known they took the time to find out. Kudos Kudos to Tara and Harold, 2 awesome employees. I was there for shopping on 1/6/24. They are the reason I will be back. The choices are great but so many can be overwhelming to novice folks like myself."

"What a disappointment! We were in there for over an hour, and we never once had an employee approach us, let alone ask if we had questions. I did see 3 employees standing at the register chatting, but by that point, we were too frustrated to see if we were worthy of attention. We're not professionals, we don't fully know what we need.... we're replacing the floors in the whole house and have questions.... not that anyone there had any idea or cared. Never again."

"Purchased flooring and install thru floor and decor. Had the people in their store do the install. Floor is ok but the quarter round looks terrible. It’s a third party company installations made easy. Check their reviews. Already cut my foot in one of the nails. Floor and decor won’t do anything to help. Still trying to get ahold of the other company."
