The Children's Village 2641 Highway 17, Richmond Hill, GA 31324

"My children attended this daycare for a short period of time and I ultimately decided to remove them from this facility. The infant room is EXCEPTIONAL and I had no complaints about the care that my infant received. They are caring and loving and sent constant updates on the app consisting of pictures and feedings. HOWEVER, the care that my toddler received was DRASTICALLY different. The staff in her classeroom was not consistent as this should be a priority as consistency plays a MAJOR role in child development and attachment and they RARELY sent updates on the app that they claim to use. (The app was a selling point for me as we came from a daycare in a different state who used a similar app to provide updates). My child always had supplies such as wipes and pull ups at the school and on more than one occasion she would be sent home in different pull ups. This was addressed with staff due to my child having skin sensitivities and it continued to happen. I am also awaiting a refund that has yet to be given to me. It has been over a month and I was recently told that the owner is not present and I had to wait another week for the check to the be mailed to my home address when I was originally told I could pick a check up from the front office. It is INCREDIBLY hard to get anyone on the phone so please take this review as a warning and my experience as a parent who was paying 2K a month for my children to attend this facility."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this daycare and so sad we moved. Room E teachers are amazing and took care of my daughter so well! Would highly recommend this day care it’s clean and well taken care of. If i could take the teachers with us I would, my daughter absolutely loved them. Thank you so much children’s village!"

"Both of my children started at The Children's Village at 12 weeks old. They both continued there through pre-k. It is never easy to leave your child, but it was great knowing they were being well taken care of during the day. The teachers and staff are amazing. Both children were way head in their academics once they began kindergarten. I honestly feel The Children's Village played a huge part in that."

"We are so pleased with our decision to send our daughter to The Children's Village. Positive from the start, I loved the communication. Before we moved, I called and placed her on the wait list, I got a call no more than two weeks later saying there was room in August for her. When I moved mid-July, I visited the school and her paperwork packet was ready to go. She came two weeks later and had no problems transitioning into the program. Her teachers are amazing, they provide great care for her and her classmates. I've seen nothing but positive child/staff relations, my child loves to go to school and play with her friends. All the teachers, even those from other rooms always say hello to her and smile. The owners and management work very hard on creating a play-as-work environment which was very important to me, coming from a Goddard environment. The rooms are set up wonderfully for each development level. Management and staff are always willing to answer any questions we have and are very respectful about front-loading any changes to our child's room. The owners and managers work very hard to create a positive family environment throughout the school."
