"This place started out great, but then I think the switched owners. Since then they were so understaffed that they had to start combining classes in ways that were completely inappropriate. My daughter contracted RSV here in the subzero temp baby room and they completely stopped changing my toddler. He came home soaked through a few days out of one week. We pulled our kids out ASAP and moved them somewhere else."

"My 2 year old was forgotten ALONE!!!! on their playground for over an hour without any supervision. Thank goodness someone found him! I was not EVER notified of the incident until a brave employee did what was right and told me what had happened. I am filing charges (in addition to human bites and employee neglect) and am calling every business necessary to have their license revoked and the people responsible punished."

"If I could give them a negative score, I would. Never go here, your child will be at risk for abuse. In 1 week alone, my grandson had over 15 ant bites all over his legs and perfect imprint of another toddlers teeth on is arm. We were told that the biter would be either removed or kept in another class room...well, it happened in less that 5 days from the first human bite but this one (yes, same kid) broke the skin. Also would like to mention that none of these incidents were reported to his mother, until she came to pick him up. I will be posting photos of the abuse and getting in touch with the BBB, along with seeing what kind of charges we can press."
