"Tried to stop by this location that boasts being open 24 hours but i just went in, doors unlocked to 1 person behind the counter and a random dude sitting down next to the counter. They both decided to tell me that they were closed, at 11:20 at night for no reason at all and didn’t give any reason as to why they were closed, but someone completely random, and with no relevance to circle k at all, was still inside sitting down comfortably. No note on the door, nothing. This location has struggled ever since I moved here back in 2021, so that says something. I’d be weary with this spot."
"How is this supposed to be open 24 hours a day and 6 times in the past week the doors are locked while an employee is just sitting there. It's getting really old. A few years ago this store was run properly. Now it's like the employees do as they please. This should not be acceptable! Closed again 2/4/23 @7:30 for over a hour."
"Door is always closed way before hours it’s 7:51 pm … Really ? While employees are inside ."
"A black lady manager was horribly rude to a young lady this morning. She kicked her out of the store and she didn’t serve her after she waited in that long line with the rest of us. She was cursing and on the phone the whole time I was in the store, Circle K needs to hire better people and stop closing the store every time somebody wants to sit in their car for hours."
"Apparently the manager, black woman with curly wig and glasses, seems to have the term “customer service” a bit confused. She sits in this vehicle for long periods of time, on the clock I’m assuming, while the line gets long. When customers get upset with this, she kicks them out and tells other cashiers to refuse sales because “she’s the manager.” I don’t think Circle K operates that way. A young lady was kicked out of the store, for speaking on her phone about the long waits, and this manager starts cursing in front of other customers (myself) and in front of another cashier, that wasn’t even in uniform mind you. This location, her management, and even servicing customers seems too much for her. She’s a constant problem, obviously, and other customers were afraid to speak about the service because they wouldn’t be serviced. HR needs to hear about this manager that seems to own this Circle K; what she says goes and no one can tell her anything different, customers shouldn’t feel the wrath of tyranny before heading to work nor should they hear cursing from a manager."
