"The staff is always amazing. My issue is I think the company changed their chicken. Now every time I get nuggets they aren’t crispy. The outside is mushy n they tastes undercooked. I’m sure it’s the chicken because it’s like that at the 3 other locations I’ve gone to. Chick-fil-A was the only fast food I ate because it tasted real. Now I just can’t do it. The food hasn’t been good. Again I think they’re cooking it appropriately I think it’s the quality of meat the company has switched to. It’s just not for me."

"Place had me and another person in the drive thru. I accidentally went into the wrong line (I’ve never been) and when the girl came to my window I tried to put in an order. She just told me to turn around and get back into the right lane. I said ok , did that. To find out now I can’t order what I wanted because they ran out of stuff. I used to work for CFA, my cfa always made ways to ensure the customers were happy. Also it’s stupid that if you get into the drive thru lane and didn’t order anything you can’t get out unless everyone in front has gotten their food. We’ve been sitting we here for a long minute, isn’t cfa supposed to be fast?…"

"The food is great and we love supporting Chick-fil-A, but 4 times in a row our drive through order has been missing food and usually results in someone finding something else to eat or splitting a meal. It has been disappointing and has caused us to pick other options"

"To start off with, they do not have mobile pickup through app. Waited for order, I reached into bag to pull a waffle fry out and it was still icy and cold. I showed the employee before leaving; she gave me a replacement. Then I get back to my hotel room, and sitting in the original bag, inside the box. Walking store to hotel room is two miles according to google maps. . I found a ear wing crawling inside box. See photos. Edit. I have ordered here again because Chick-fil-A sent me a coupon, but seriously with fries!?!? What is up? This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. They are constantly jacking orders up. I have to rely on this store for DoorDash. I have received multiple orders of fries that look exactly like this. I have pictures to prove every order I receive the fries are half packed. I order three fries because I have learned they won’t fill them up. Three fries normally turns into 2 and a quarter by the time it’s delivered. This place is ran like a defunct circus."

"Excellent set up on customer service. This place is in the HUB of a very busy business environment. They had everything set up, depending on your order..you can call ahead and order. Covid 19 was in place, with social distant, mask, air flow, outdoor Precautions. Very nice and polite, the food was hot, and didn't have to wait to long."
