"My sandwiches was wrong and I asked for it to be made right. Waited a few minutes but ended up setting my fries on my tray behind the counter to get fresh fries because the sat getting cold. The girl came back with the fries that I sat back there cold still on my tray with the burger made correctly. Customers had been there talking over the fries ... But the girl thought it the right thing to bring them back to me."

"Waited 15 minutes and paid almost $5 dollars for stale cold fries. Went inside and the manager was telling 2 customers how she made more money working somewhere else then she did there. I told her my complaint and she said it would be the same if I wanted to get them hot. I told her I just wanted my money back. She continued to complain about her job as she got my money out of the register. She STILL continued to talk to them as she handed me my money back. NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR THE SUBPAR FOOD. You have lost my business."

"Tonight was the worst visit yet. Handing out the wrong orders wait time late night was unbelievable. The high school kids are laughing and playing around. Instead of getting orders ready taking their time. So recheck bag before leaving they are famous for getting it wrong.."

"Morning shift is great. Their evening shift they close the lobby early and the workers are playing around in the lobby. While there are a line of cars in the drive through. Literally went to Wendy’s ordered got my food and the line still hadnt moved."

"Located conveniently off of the main road. Next to a shopping center. Ordered thru drive thru. Didn’t receive hash browns I paid for. Parked and stopped in. People were standing around looking to pick up orders. Almost no one sitting in the lobby. Took awhile to get noticed. Eventually a young lady called my name, told me they got my order wrong, then came from the back and grabbed the bag in my hand. I asked why she said I have to check it. She then looked into the bag I had in my hand and gave me the one she had. No further explanation. Place was clean. Furniture and decor is newer."
