"i ordered focus moto jean shorts i haven't received item yet almost 3 weeks now the pre tracking number shows the goods haven't even been brought to the post office all they made was a label smfh don't buy from this place"

"Placed an order, did not receive an email with tracking or anything else pertaining to this purchase. A week later I sent an email to the address on their site....no reply. I then called in and the person that answered said the item could not be located in the warehouse and I would be receiving an email that day regarding refund. Never happened...never received an email more a refund. The woman on the phone did say that if I didn't receive an email to call back the next day, as if I want to waste my time. I sent another email and still no reply. I did receive my refund 2 weeks after the purchase date. Which I would have been fine with waiting if it wasn't that I had to play the guessing game or being ignored with no responses to my messages. This was the first and last time. Definitely will not shop here again."

"Ordered something from here & didn't receive the item I ordered. Nor did they want to send me a return shipping label. They supposedly were going to send me emails/calls telling me what's going on with my order but I never received any information for my order. They also told me that they were going to send me a gift card or discount but never recieved that either. Terrible service."
