"This place use to be amazing. It had great food, great service, and such a nice family friendly atmosphere, but for about the last year the food portions size has been getting smaller, and the food taste blander to me. It feels like they are trying to cut cost with the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen. The most flavorfully thing I gotten from them was the red velvet cake which they don't make themselves in store."
"Let me just start this off and say I think East Bay deli is just not for me. But when it came to our food, the prices are high for what you get. $11 for a slice of cheesecake. The "bowl" of soup is a little paper cup. The fruit cup was just grapes and cantaloupe. My cheddar broccoli soup had barely any cheese on top. My buddy's New Yorker sandwich had a thin amount of meat, a thinly sliced tomatoe, and lots of lettuce. Just feels stingy."
"EBD used to be good. But this last visit, the quality & portion sizes are lacking. I ordered a fried chicken wrap and it was so small that I thought it was a kids meal. And for nearly $10!"
"The food was good, but the order was incorrect .. after having the order re-enter into the system several times. I paid and waited for my food only to receive the wrong food and was told I couldn't have it corrected without repaying because it was rung in incorrectly. SMH. It's not my fault it was entered incorrectly, I'm not paying you twice. -- Will think twice before returning to location."
