"Every time we visit the Donatos Pizza on Ashley River/Wappoo road, it’s amazing. Customer service is great and the pizza is excellent. Tonight Michael gave us incredible service. He was so kind and made us feel so welcome. Thankful for our local Donatos :)"

"First time visitor today Was not a good experience; will never return. First of all it took forever for our food for two people to be served. Actually turned and looked at the counter employee and she saw me and went run into the back which told me she realized that we still had not been served our food. ordered a hot sub and traditional mild sauce chicken wings. The sub was not completely cut in half from the bottom side I ended up somewhat tearing it up tried to pull it apart which made most of the filling fall out terrible bacon bits end it was difficult with the plastic fork to even scoop up all the salad making that was on the sub. When she brought the wings out they were not the traditional they were the boneless wings. My daughter told her that she ordered traditional never said anything about boneless so the employee went to the back to order once again for us naturally by that time we were pretty much done without other food. When she brought it back to the table I simply ask her to put it in a To go box as we had already over extended our time there. My daughter said that doesn’t look like mild sauce so I tasted it and no it was fire hot it was unlike the sauce on the boneless that I wasn’t even supposed to get. One bad experience is all it takes there too many other fantastic places to eat. And none of this was about being a picky eater. Also fortunately we weren’t affected because we wanted water but many customers went to the drink machine and none of them were working; finally one customer approached the employee about it."

"Pizza one of the greatest foods we have available to us. However, I will not be returning to Donatos. We ordered the Works hand tossed. The bottom of the pizza was crispy and good. The middle was still uncooked dough. The toppings were large and uncooked. The service was fast and the girl behind the counter was nice. I complained and she did offer to cook the pizza more. We declined as we had already had our fill and will cook the remaining at home. I have included a picture of the doughy center. That is NOT cheese. I would almost go back to try the thin crust but didn’t have a great flavor overall so not worth the risk."
