Marco's Pizza 1585 Central Avenue, Summerville, SC 29483

"I use to get pizza regularly from this location. Not anymore. Two orders ago they forgot part of my order. I called and asked to be refunded for the missing item, in order to not have the driver have to drive all the way back over and use their time and money to bring it to me. They didn't actually ever refund me. Ordered again, pizza came with more than half of it bubbled up with no cheese on it. I would have had them bring me the missing item had I thought of it at the time. Called them today to resolve the refund. Manager on duty put me on hold when I was in the middle of talking. Here is the rub. I HATE asking for a manager. I am one of the most reasonable people you will ever meet. However, you need a manager when you are talking about refunds. Original guy never processed it. Now they are giving me a run around. When there is 3 bad experiences in a row, and the lack of management skills has you thinking you aren't even speaking with an actual manager, there is a leadership problem. I will not be ordering from this store anymore."

"This location has gone downhill. Everyone needs to be retrained because why would you cut my pizza like this!! And why is my pizza dough not enough for one slice of pizza. My toppings were just all over the place. I also didn’t get any of the crust sauce I requested. This is unacceptable, I couldn’t enjoy it at all, taste wise wasn’t good either. Wish I could just get a refund and never return."

"Good food, the employees are awesome. I did have to wait a few minutes, but they do have to cook the pizza. The restaurant is clean, and sitting area is good while you're waiting for your food."

"1/04/2023 first time trying Marcos,Had to order over the phone, they sounded busy. Food came quicker than expected and the older gentleman that delivered it was very nice. Pizza was great, tried their specialty Hawaiian and it was soo good, my 7year old ate all the chicken off of it. Will definitely be trying again."

"We ordered a take out pizza tonight , once again this is the third time our pizza has had zero pizza sauce on it. I called once before about this and was met with a girl who said she was too busy to assist and would credit me and never did . So this time I’m pretty fed up with the lack of accuracy we have experienced numerous times now. Along with no sauce the toppings were under the cheese we had to double check to even see if when had what we had picked. Also why was a 8.99 carry out 10.74? We use to love this location but now probably won’t order again."
