"In town for work and stumbled on this place after a cold evening looking for soup. I just got back from Japan and spent basically 2 weeks eating every kind of ramen I could find. This place definitely hits the spot! The broth is deep and flavorful, toppings on point (maybe sear the chasu a little more?), noodles are cooked properly and it helps that this place is in a cool bar. As a relative expert on ramen, I can't recommend this place any more. 10/10 and I hope they open a spot in New Orleans"
