"The two sales ladies today were not friendly. I wasn’t greeted when i came into the store today, 1/1, around 530pm. I was looking for a new pair of shoes for my birthday. I picked up a shoe and look across the room at the sales clerk behind the front counter. She told me to bring the shoes to her. She and another sales clerk were eating at the front counter. I didn’t know that sales clerks can eat in front of customers in a store. The shoe didn’t work for me but she didn’t ask what i was looking for or what’s the occasion. She just took the shoes back and I left. It was giving a bad vibe. The last time I came in the store someone else helped me find a shoe for a funeral. I ended up buying the shoes. Why did I buy them? Because that clerk cared enough to help me. These two ladies today didn’t care at all. They wanted to finish eating their meal."

"I ordered women boots before Christmas on December 19th to pick ip at the store. On December 28th my order wasn’t shipped yet. I called to the customer service line multiple times. They said that my order was assigned to the certain store and this store doesn’t have the shoes. They couldn’t clearance explain to me why shoes can’t be shipped from another location to my store. Then I decided to cancel the order and place a new one with shipping to my house. I thought it would be shipped sooner from the location where it’s available. This order was placed on Dec 29th. Well, today is January 7th and my order wasn’t shipped yet. I am very disappointed of the service and do not recommend this store to anybody. P.S. Today I got an email from Aldo about cancellation of my order, which I didn’t request. Unbelievable.. the service is trash"

"Please, PLEASE make sure before you purchase shoes here that it is not FINAL SALE (promo) because twice now I have been here to purchase shoes only to find out when I try to make a return, that I cannot make returns for a refund, due to the shoe purchase being final sale. Neither time was the shoe advertised as final sale, nor did the sale’s rep state such during checkout. You don’t find out until you get your E-receipt. The shoes were on the normal shelves with no special display. I think this must be a deceitful tactic of the company to make sure they get the customer’s money one way or another. Will not be back and I will make sure friends & family are aware of this ruse."
