Cainhoy Children's Academy

"We have been at Cainhoy for about 5 months now. My daughter is 11 months old. Recently after we started at Cainhoy, a new director was hired, Shannon. Shannon has gone above and beyond every single day to serve the parents, the staff and, most importantly, the kids. I truly believe she loves each child as if they were her own and it makes SUCH a difference in the care provided. Earlier today, Shannon called me, during her busy work day, just to tell me that she loves my child and is impressed with her growth. It brought tears to my eyes! I was initially SO nervous to send my little girl to daycare but Shannon and everyone else at Cainhoy (special shoutout to the teachers Danielle, Shaquille and Anissa!) has made it the most wonderful experience. I know every day that I drop my daughter off that she is safe, loved, and cared for in the best way. I truly cannot recommend them enough!"

"Admin here are a joke and do nothing but bully employees. My child’s teacher has put her hands on my kids as well. Hopefully DSS will close this dump fire down. Nothing but grown women acting like high schoolers with nonstop drama. 0/5 stars if it was possible."

"Today is our last day at Cainhoy Children’s Academy and I’m so emotional! We have been at the school for almost 4 years and we could not be happier with our experience there. Both the directors and the teachers are incredible and go above and beyond for these kids. We are going to miss them so much. 10 out of 10, would make the decision to go to CCA all over again!"

"If you live in the Low Country area, do NOT bring your child here. Stories from teachers detailing the Director of the school being rude to children, talking disrespectfully to the teachers and just straight up not being a good person. Firing teachers on the spot for standing up for themselves, and then not allowing their child to continue to go there? But not like I would like my son to continue to be there anyway. Now we are scrambling to not only find another source of income, to also find good childcare. Thank you very much Cainhoy Childrens Academy. Tight ship yall got running over there. 0/5 Stars if I could."

"We moved a couple of times and CCA is our 3rd preschool. I just wanted to say that this is the most well-run facility my children ever attended. The teachers are caring and responsive. The classrooms are spacious, inviting and high-tech. The director 100% has everything under control and is running this school very efficiently. Kids are fed with healthy snacks and lunch during the day, the meals are provided by school and cooked by the in-house chef. My children love their teachers, going to school, and are challenged by numerous carefully planned activities CCA offers. Do not hesitate to pick CCA over any other school in the area!"
