"I have never had a more unprofessional physician visit than when I walked into Dr. Bolus's office this morning. Using the technology that is provided by their office, I made a new patient visit appointment since I just moved to Charleston and wanted to establish a positive relationship with a primary care physician. When I began to explain to Dr. Bishop that I was new, I was immediately met with, "what are you doing here? I am not taking on any more patients. In fact, I am reducing my caseload and will be sending out letters informing my newer patients that I will no longer be following them. I can treat you if you have something acute, but will not follow up after that." Not a single care about the significantly high blood pressure reading that was taken minutes before she entered the room. Totally wasted 3 hours of my day after waiting two months to get in to see a PCP. It is probably best that fewer patients will be seeing her in the near futurre."

"Dr Bolus does not appear to care for the well being of her patients. My mother has left several messages with the secretary for a referral and she does not respond. Dr Bolus does not communicate the essential information to the parties to be, in order to continue certain critical treatments. She does not follow up nor does she follow through. Very disappointed!!! Would have left zero stars had it been an option!"
