"Holy Mother! The store looked pretty decent. The prices were ok. The employees were horrible... kept worrying about their music choices, talking about overly personal stuff that customers don't want to hear and so on. They did not acknowledge customers, help customers, or thank customers. Please find new employees and maybe people might want to shop here."

"Obviously a store geared towards skaters, but they have style lots of people could rock. Skating selection is slightly small at this location but their board and complete selection is large. Pretty good overall!"

"Went to exchange a pair of too small Vans today and asked a worker if I was able to exchange them. She kept talking to her other coworker for a solid 30 seconds before even acknowledging I had said anything. She simply looked me up and down and said “I don’t know, maybe”. And walked away. Literally just didn’t even help me. Instead of exchanging I simply returned them. Apparently the tall girl with circle glasses thinks she can talk to customers like that."

"I went in to purchase a skateboard for my nephew. The store had a huge selection, but pricing was way off online listings. After looking through the merchandise available in store, I decided purchasing online was the best option for me. Here’s where my issue comes in; as I was leaving, the store associate exclaimed “good luck finding another place to buy skateboards”. I get that he was making an attempt to just make the sale, but kindness goes a long way."
