"I scheduled an appt for my 3 kids & when I arrived, they’d only scheduled one of the kids. The receptionist must be off her medication. She’s extremely rude, dismissive & arrogant. Maybe pay her more? She purposely interrupted me & when I informed her that it was rude, there was no apology and she continued to talk. Yikes. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life."

"The doctor is 5 star but the receptionist isn't. My rating is such because when does it matter when you have a sick child that used to go here when they were mainly pediatrics before the Medical Associates Plus. People are no longer concerned for health of patients especially 4 year olds just less work they don't have to do when they could've tried. Which was the main reason I stopped coming years ago much hasn't changed."
