"Mr Teriyaki has been our spot for YEARS but now they’re under new management and you can tell. We won’t be going back. You now can’t get house fried rice as a combo with wings - you have to buy them separate. They won’t put your wings and rice in a separate box unless you pay for them separate. But the problem with that is…8 wings come with the combo but if you have to buy wings separate, you can only get 5, 10, etc. Don’t even get me started on the minuscule amount of ham in the rice. Lastly, I ordered a lemonade but they didn’t give it to the person who picked up our food. I called and let them know and they said they didn’t charge me for it but that wouldn’t make sense because they rung it up with my order. They don’t have itemized receipts so there’s not even a way for me to confirm. Even ordering over the phone was more difficult than it has been previously. They’re not as organized as they used to be and it shows."

"This is the worst experience that I every had with the house noodles. Try calling line was busy several times. I understand that this is a business for fast food but folks better check out the beef in their foods before eating it. I am very disappointed in the food this evening and I will contact higher authorities about this. Spent $24 plus taxes for my dinner and my family dinner for tonight."

"This is our first time here. My husband and I were very happy with the service. They explained the menu thoroughly, and the food was wonderful. We tried the Crab angels and the #3 Teriyaki Shrimp with rice. Will definitely recommend to others."
