On Solid Grounds Counseling is a 501(c)3 Community-Based Counseling Practice located at 1963 Hollings Road in Charleston, South Carolina. We offer effective outpatient psychological care for individuals, families, and couples, treating a variety of mental health disorders. Our experienced counselors provide a neutral safe space where you can explore your inner strengths and work towards healing and growth.

Founded in 1999 by Dr. Sabrina Pinckney, On Solid Grounds is dedicated to providing quality, comprehensive, and affordable counseling services to children and their families in Charleston and the surrounding areas. Our philosophy of counseling emphasizes grace and a holistic approach to healing, addressing the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of each individual.
