"I booked the mini spa package to treat myself for my birthday week which included an hour massage, fire and ice, facial and leg compression. Totally worth it! The ladies who did my massage and facial were great and very knowledgeable in their line of work. The facial part included massage on neck/shoulder, face and head so probably next time I will book it separately from a Swedish massage since the massage already covers your neck/shoulder area. But other than that, It surely was a relaxing spa day for me! I will be back to try other services."

"Very clean and professional place to get a variety of services that make you feel great! I tried the fire and ice package , which included an infrared sauna session followed by a 2 minute session in the cryopod at -150 degrees and finished up with normatec compression boots. I suffer from multiple disc herniations and struggle with back pain daily, after the fire and ice package I was Nearly pain free!!! I liked it so much I bought a package that Included 5 more visits."
