"A patient was referred to Bentley from a crisis call center. Bentley cancelled multiple sessions over weeks and made no other attempt to help the individual in crisis. Bentley showed a complete disregard for the safety of this individual. Common sense says that if you are not capable of seeing patients, you should not schedule them, and if you are not compassionate and caring, you should not be a counselor."
