"If I could give it zero stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled just to show up to no counselor present. Front desk stated there was a scheduling issue but yet I had no missed calls or texts. I drove an hour to get to the appointment that did not exist. What is even worse they not only has my phone number on file but my husbands as well. Still no notification that my appointment needed to be rescheduled."
