"The AC went out at our warehouse offices during one of the hottest weeks this summer. We were referred to 5Star by our landlord who we lease the building from and I was very pleased and thankful for the great service. April was a total pleasure when first taking my call and was able to get a technician out to us the next morning, made the pain in the butt situation much easier than I was expecting. I received a text the next morning that my technician Cody was on his way along with an ETA, just like April said I would, and he was right on time. Cody was awesome -- extremely professional and able to diagnose and remedy the problem within the hour. He put a temporary fix in place and made suggestions for more permanent, heavy duty solutions and was able to get parts ordered immediately. Made the entire process so easy and at an affordable price! Will certainly be using them for any and all things AC related in the future and would be confident to refer them to anyone!"

"Charged $269 for a $30 part to change out and that was before the labor charge(10 minutes "super easy" according to tech) and service call fee. total bill was $415. I had been with them for 4 years they installed the units and I thought would be reliable service company. This is my 2nd issue ended up costing me alot of $$$ in the past year and the last. Be Careful!!!"
