"Terrible store. Not worth the drive. Everything is out of stock. Employees are just there to put together delivery and curb side orders. The salad and hot bar are never stocked and on the occasion it is ready it looks like it’s from last week. 10 out of 12 times I’ve had to literally go get a manager to have someone help with the deli meats while there are 2 employees sitting at the sushi bar just staring out me while drones of employees are just floating around seeing you need help. I won’t even address the lack of registers and assistance at checkout, again while countless employees just stare at you. Would rather have Doschers back at this point."

"I love Whole Foods and was so excited to move to a place that had one somewhat close to me. This store has been a disappointment. Soups always dry and almost empty. The salad bar does not look fresh. No hot food bar (self serve). They don’t check dates. Lots of stuff expired. Watch out. There was mold on a cherry pie I almost put in my cart. Yes it was expired. Bought some cookies in bakery… stale. Shelves not well stocked. Have owners stopped caring? Employees stopped caring? Will try the location farther away and see if it’s better."

"Again no stocked food bars...So I drive across town to come to Whole foods for the salad bar, which is very healthy and is a main feature at this store. It seems to be a consistent problem that it is always close down and when I ask why I get the same answer, we are short staffed. This just happened today 6/16/23 and was told the same again...I spoke to the manager months ago about this problem and the day I spoke to him he said they were short staffed , I asked how many people where in that department, and he said 6, ok 6 people can't get a salad bar stocked, and the manager is supposed to help also and he did not...this is laziness....so again today I look at the staff in that department and see four people standing behind the counter not doing anything but talking....so I assume they can't stock the salad bar because they need to have a conversation....this is totally unacceptable, I will continue to write a review on this matter everytime I go in and see the same issue going on...also the hot bar and other bars besides them you can see are barely stocked."

"Edit: Coffee bar is now open and I've heard they cleaned the beer lines so maybe the bar is coming soon too?? I have spoken with a number of employees here and asked why it's so pitiful. They've responded unanimously that it's staffing issues, management cannot find enough quality employees to get the store running at full capacity, they are severely understaffed. Bodes the question, where is the Regional Manager in all this? This place is pitiful, who runs this store? Coffee/ bar venue has been closed forever. These pics of the salad and hot food bar are from noon on a Monday. Staff is always friendly but that aside this is one of the worst managed locations I’ve ever seen. How does Amazon not have enough $ to get this place up to speed???"
