"I would definitely not recommend this tax service company. They made a substantial error on my taxes last year. I had started to have them look at my taxes for this year, when I received a letter from the IRS that there was an error on my filing from MFG last year and I owed quite a bit more taxes. I took this letter in to them and there response was 'well mistakes happen" and "you would have to had paid that anyway". They wrote me a check for the interest accrued for the amount owed, but that was it. Then, I asked if they would consider waiving their fee for doing my taxes for this year due to last years error. The response again was "you would have to have paid that amount anyway". So, no we will not waive our processing fee for this year. Yes, I would have had to pay that amount, but that would have been last year, not this year. I am already having to pay taxes this year and the amount I paid to the IRS for their error last year was not a small amount. Mistakes do happen, but if you want to keep your customers you need to treat your customers better if you want keep their business."
