Accountants 4 U, LLC

"I have been doing my taxes for the past 15 years and have gone to different tax experts/accountants and this has been by far the worst experience I've had. The only reason I chose to go here was because it was close to where I live and they were part of my SWAT analysis project for school. Worst mistake I've made. I knew I should've walked out the moment the tax lady (unfortunately I forgot her name) questioned why my son had a different last name then me when I had already provided all our legal documentation, such as birth certificate, ssn, etc. , which she didn't mind to check until after I told her he had a different father. She basically also questioned my marital status - I guess she has never dealt with women who have different “baby daddies” - mind you I went in explaining that my oldest son (the one with different last name) father had passed away. I have NEVER been asked these questions before and never thought I would have to explain since I walked in with all my documentation at hand. Very unethical and unprofessional. I'm definitely not going back. Basically, he also questioned my marital status - I guess he's never dealt with women who have different children with different fathers. They say that the worst enemy of a Hispanic is another Hispanic. How sad."

"If I could give theme a negative rating I would, my father was his clients for several years,and after so many issues with late fees and penalties he finally decided to change accountant and they are trying to get it straight. He has paid more than 5K in penalties since the personal here does not take the time to explain their clients the process that comes with converting a sole proprietorship into a corporation and then blames the clients because they don't do what they are getting paid to do."
