"Our tech was Vera Wynn she was so nice and very helpful and talked about everything thoroughly"
"Very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I was behind on a couple of returns and also misunderstanding some of the guidelines. Mr. Scott took the time to explain the information and was patient while I worked through some of the issues with my return."
"Great customer service, the facility was very clean. The first impression is the front desk and the front desk secretary was just fabulous and have a great attitude. It was nice that I was able to be part of the process of preparing my returns. It was easy and fast. The first day I worked with a very nice gentleman. I didn't have one document I needed. I returned the second day and he was not there but the young lady that helped me was very nice and it was again a easy process."
"Don’t ever...EVER...use these people. I had them do my 2018 taxes after my divorce, and found out in October 2020 that despite purchasing the protection I still ended up having to pay $1200 out of my own pocket because THEY failed to notice I was missing a form. I was expected to know enough about taxes to realize it was missing, which if I had I’d never have needed their services to begin with. Then in December 2020 I got another notice from the IRS saying my taxes were wrong for 2019 and I owed an additional $25. Yes, that amount is trivial but the point is they’ve done my taxes twice and screwed them up twice. There will not be a third time for these folks. Just don’t do it. Go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble."
"I went into the meeting expecting to pay, however, with our server's greater knowledge of the tax information we were able to receive a refund. She was also nice and attentive as well."
