"Dr Pallay is the nicest, most compassionate doctor. She explains everything and listens to all your concerns. Would recommend her without hesitation."
"As a new patient and resident of Charleston, I badly needed an understanding and supportive doctor to journey with me during my pregnancy. I found all these and much more in Dr. Pallay who was truly a blessing to me and my family! She's by far the best doctor I've encountered after 3 pregnancies. To me she ticks all the boxes together with her nurse Patricia, the level of professionalism exhibited by these two is truly top notch. I highly recommend her to anyone."
"The office is very clean and the staff members are wonderful. I was finally able to meet with Dr. Pallay whom will be delivering my son and she is wonderful! Very nice and gets the job done! Thank you ladies!"
"Dr. Pallay is awesome! One of, if not the best, doctor I see in Charleston. Her bedside manner is unmatched. She is knowledgeable, caring, kind, and approachable. She goes above and beyond to ensure she is comprehensive and caring in her medical care. Love her (and her staff is awesome too!)."
"Unfortunately, I can’t leave less than a 1 star review. I live in Aiken SC, 2 1/2 hrs away. We left at 5:30am sharp with an arrival time of 8:20am my appointment was at 8:30am. I called the office when I realized we were going to be a little late due to an accident. I was told the office has a 15 minute grace period, which would have been fine, but traffic was slow moving. We finally made it and our arrival time was 8:54am. I had to wait because the receptionist was taking care of another patient. Once she was done with the patient I gave her my name, she started telling me about the grace period and that I was late. I told her I was aware of that because I called earlier, and I drove 2 1/2 hrs to get there. I asked if there would be any way the Dr. can still see me? With little empathy to my situation, she went to ask the Dr. and returned to tell me they would not be able to fit me in and that I need to reschedule because the Dr. has surgeries in the afternoon. My daughter had an appt for 2pm and I asked if I could be seen around that time. The two receptionists look at each other confused trying to locate her info. When they finally found her in the system they said that they called my daughter. They said, she hung up the phone and they were unable to leave a message because her voice mail was full. However, she never picks up for unknown numbers to hang up on anyone. I work in the medical industry and there are times that patients travel long distances and may arrive late due to no fault of there own. We appreciate the effort and would never turn a patient away. I’m glad this happened because if the Dr. has that kind of attitude I can’t imagine the type of care we would have received."
