"Could have been more helpful"

"Employees are nice however the service for Verizon really is horrible and I've had nothing but trouble with the defective phone I purchased and was told if I was able to get a new phone it would be refurbished so in other words I'm paying for a new defective phone but only offered a refurbished one that may or may not be defective as well . I feel like no one is listening and that Verizon is ripping people off if I am paying 300 something for a new phone then the defective device should also be replaced with a brand new phone ."

"I was very pleased. I needed a new phone and had decided to switch to Verizon. The gentleman here who dealt with me was very helpful, answering all my questions, explaining options, and spending a fair amount of time getting me switched over and activated and so on. A positive experience in every way. I don't generally post reviews, but I did this time because my experience was so much better than I had expected after seeing the other reviews."

"Not organized, disrespectful, no order order or direction. Its like the whole staff is new. The manager never came out to assist. The rep kept going in the back to process my application. The worst location ever."

"Confused associates. Wait time ridiculous. Didn't charge the tablets they work with. Changed my # without telling me. Told me it would only take 15 minutes for my phone to activate. 3 hours later still can't make or receive calls. Go back and they tell me my phone isn't compatible with Verizon. Can't give me a refund back to the card I used. Must mail refund check to my house in 2 weeks. SMDH! Wasted my day!"
