"Friday Dec. 22 web site saids open. Been new to the area I want to check them out for future part and or service, I went to the place, went in the yard, gate was open and I encounter the rudes person I ever encounter. He actualy told me to get out not in a nice way that they were close and he want me to leave and If I want to come back do so Jan.2nd. Their web site said they were open that the only reason for me to go to check them out. Never againg I will go to that place. Southern hospitality.? I don't think so."

"First experience here was much better than this last. Came here because our slide out was having issues. Employees were useless and don’t know the difference between a fifth wheel and a motor home. Asked to speak to the woman who helped us last time we were here and the man in the front said “No” and walked away. Stood around for 15 minutes before finally someone acknowledge us waiting at the counter. Now, after months of being given the run around, we were finally able to pick up. Told a price way over original quote and no one could explain where the charges come from. Talked to like I was an idiot because how dare I question their business. Simply Rude and entitled for low quality work."

"Overall, Tony's has done an excellent job on the repairs of my 32 ft. Winnebago the last 10 years. HOWEVER, the last time I brought it in this year, one of the guys in the back shop rammed my RV into something and moderately damaged my metal wood basket on the back end. Also, two luggage locks were damaged and a spare scissor jack was taken from a storage compartment. I called Tony's and spoke with Aaron, Tony's son, and he said to send pictures. I did just that about 6 weeks ago, and he never responded. I called two weeks ago and left a message with someone at the front desk for Aaron. Aaron has yet to respond. I am so sorry Aaron lacks the integrity to address the issues I brought to his attention. That is on him, and it shows me who he really is as a person and as a business man. He knows I am a single lady and figures he can get away with the damage. BEWARE SINGLE LADIES!"

"Went here to get an electrical part for my camper. Very good selection of parts for Rv and the staff working here was helpful and knowledgeable. I was talking to a customer who told me they would make repairs on his motorcoach, when others places had told him no. They do mostly repairs and maintenance of RV's and campers, but they have a very good selection of parts available. Local business located off of Pond Branch Road.
