"We woke up New Year’s Day with no hot water and we had family coming to our house for lunch. Within 2 hours of calling Flo Pro, we had a technician at our house to fix the problem. They also followed back up same day to ensure it was corrected. I know Flo Pro may not always be able to help that quick, but this is proof they are always doing their best to help. I am using this company as my service from now on."

"I was not pleased with their pricing and time keeping integrity. I called them out to install a recirculation pump on my gas water heater. I had already turned off and flushed the system. Pump installation is a 2 part process you install it on the water heater then install the other elements in a bathroom. I only asked for the 1st part. The installation required a pipe replacement which they needed to go to the store for. My 1st issue was that they charge $75 for them to come out but that $75 does NOT go towards any repairs or services provided once they get there. I was told by the technician that the fee was $150/hr. Once I received the bill they logged 1.5hrs but was only here for 1 also on the bill was an earlier time than they arrived. I expressed to the receptionist that I had security footage proving they were only here for an hour and did not show up at the time posted on the receipt and in actually arrived 30 after that time marked. She (Crystal) was very polite as I inquired about the time discrepancy and how I was unaware the $75 did not go towards repair like most other labor companies I've worked with. She reached out to the techs, who stood to their lie about 1.5hrs, and the owner that said the price the price was legitimate for that type of service (he had no knowledge of the fact that most of the job was done prior to and not required by the techs). On the plus side they did a good job and when they were late Crystal called to let me know they were behind and I appreciate that level of communication with service companies. But I will not be using them again as most companies include the "drive out" fee in repairs if any were done. Also the lack of integrity for an hourly priced service. This is a BEWARE review so you know what you're paying for and to confirm times to hold the tech accountable."

"Greetings! I normally don’t post anything but I HAVE TO give Joshua his FLOWERS!!!!! Wonderful customer service, quality of detailed work and personality is an understatement. Joshua was very knowledgeable, patient and attentive to the required work. He educated me on issues and resolution for the issues. I DEFINITELY recommend Flow Pro for their responsiveness and Joshua personally for the skilled work and results!!!! Excited that the prices were reasonable, especially last minute and during the holiday! The company and its representatives are very professional!
