Very understanding company, Kia of Evans service dept sent us here for paint touch up over an hour away (Kia of evans service dept said the cost would already be covered) to only find out Kia of Evans refused to cover the cost! Flying colors didn’t hesitate to cover the cost their self for the lack of Kia of Evans service dept mess ups! Highly recommend!!"

"Brought my SUV in for Bumper Chips.. apparently when I purchased the vehicle the bumper had been resprayed, however now its chipping off. Flying colors repaired the bumper for $600 dollars. Now the same thing is happening. I was told by other shops the bumper was not prepped correctly, simply roughed up and resprayed. I took it back and I was told he could respray it for $200. I am sure he's going to do the same again. No Thanks Beware !!!!"

"I was extremely happy to have my car returned to me on Friday. However, that emotion was then turned into disappointment and frustration because my car was still not up to standard. I understand the time and effort put into servicing my vehicle but with the amount of time my vehicle has been in service, over two months, I would have expected better. Especially because only a bumper was getting replaced. Not only is the repair of the bumper not fixed correctly, but now my whole car has a gritty feeling, and the paint and windows have a fuzzy look and feel to them. I was told that due to the amount of time it took to repair, you were going to wax the whole car for me but it's apparent that did not happen. At this point, I now have to spend more money and lose more time with my vehicle to have it serviced somewhere else. I would hate to think that this would have never happened if I were a male or would have been sterner with my expectations of the repairs. With such a repeatable company I expected better."

"Someone ran into the rear end of my SUV. Other repair shops said it would be 5 to 6 months before they could get to it. Flying Colors got to it in less than a month. The repairs were done in 5 days, and they did a really good job!"
