"Disappointing Experience at Tire Plus North Augusta: Lackluster Service and Disregard for Customer Needs My recent encounters at Tire Plus in North Augusta left much to be desired. Two weeks ago, I walked in hoping to get air in my tire. Despite waiting patiently for over 10 minutes, it felt like I was invisible. The manager was busy assisting another customer and didn't acknowledge my presence. Eventually, I had to step outside and approach another employee, Christopher, to request assistance. He kindly put air in my tire and advised that I make an appointment to fix it, which contradicted what I'd been told earlier. Hoping for a better experience, I called to schedule an appointment. To my surprise, I was told that fixing a tire didn't require an appointment, but when I offered to come in, I was informed about a line of three people ahead of me. The inconsistent information persisted, and I was told to call ahead when I wanted to come in, as they don't do appointments for tire repair. This, coupled with the indifferent attitude of the person I spoke to, possibly named Alex, showcased a lack of concern for accommodating my needs or ensuring a smooth service experience. It's disheartening when a business appears indifferent to serving customers. The inconsistent information and lack of willingness to address my concerns demonstrated a disregard for customer satisfaction. As a result, I opted to take my business elsewhere. For those considering Tire Plus North Augusta, be prepared for a hit-or-miss service experience. If customer service is a priority for you, exploring alternative locations might be a better option. In my case, seeking assistance at a different establishment proved far more satisfactory, and I'll continue to entrust my business to those who prioritize customer care over indifference."

"They lied and were trying to charge me for more than what was actually wrong and failed to tell me what was really wrong with it in the first place. The front desk shrewd also manipulated my disability over the phone. They probably have an F rating like the others beware. STAY WOKE. "Dropped off for a wheel balance and they cross threaded one of my lug nuts and studs. When confronted, they claimed that it was "difficult to remove". I find that hard to believe, as I personally rotated the tires a week prior, and torqued every lug nut. To produce that much damage, it had to be driven on with an impact while cross threaded. This picture was taken the night I picked it up. I was able to remove it with my fingers. They will also try to sell services that you obviously don't need. For instance, they claimed that it needed an oil change when the sticker in the window indicated that it had been done 8 days prior. 3 day later update: The wheel weights are flying off. As you can see, they're barely holding on, and last night I heard a loud pop from the rear. It appears that I've lost one, because the next time I got on the interstate, it vibrated worse than before at speed."
