John was extremely nice and courteous when I pulled up, and did not hesitate to come in the front office soon after I walked in to see if he could accommodate what I was looking for. I wanted a little bit more exhaust sound on my Civic Si and he was able to cut out my resonator and weld in a new pipe in almost no time, and the sound is exactly what I was looking for! If I ever have any other exhaust needs, A1 will be the first place I go to, well worth the price I paid for a resonator delete!! Thanks guys!"
