Interstate All Battery Center

"This location does not honor Interstate's warrantee. I brought in a battery with a mfg date code clearly marked and and still under warrantee. I did not have my receipt of purchase. The Interstate website clearly shows a receipt is not required. However this location stated it was "their policy" to require a receipt. I asked for them to show me the policy or warrantee showing I was not correct. They did not or could not produce any such document. They have made sure I will never again make the mistake of purchasing another Interstate Battery product. Very disappointed. I have seen several other complaints of the same nature. Buyer beware!"

"Walk in guy named Ted didn’t even speak or acknowledge me when I walked in. His head was down. Soon as he raised his head up he was more concerned about how I parked instead of helping me with my battery I needed for my alarm system at the store where I’m General Manager. I have people pull in with trucks and trailers all day and not once have I parking lot patrol them for that. I’ll take my business else where."

"I came in 2-5-2024. Brandon was my customer service person. He was super nice answered my questions Replaced my battery cleaned my terminals Checked everything took his time excellent service. I give him a 5 on every thing Highly recommend him. This is the go to place for a battery replacement. Great job Brandon !!!"
