He very quickly confirmed the warranty from my former purchase of their lifetime battery. He did not try to “upsell” me or talk me into any additional purchases, which made me very comfortable. The advertisement on the front window prompted me to ask some questions about my cracked iPhone glass. He immediately gave me a definitive answer and helpful instructions for what to do if I chose to use their services; he even recommended a coupon and suggested an online appointment via their website. He was honest and straightforward regarding their parameters with Apple products. His helpfulness prompted me to purchase a front glass for my phone, which he installed beautifully.
