"First off, I normally do not write reviews but I had to do so for this amazing brand. I had questions at first before ordering about sizing and product specifics. I received a reply from Kat Marchant and Brenda who were both extremely helpful. They went above and beyond and continued to answer a few more of my questions later down the road (5/5 customer service). When it came to the shipping/production time of the product I knew it would take a little because they are handcrafted and quality takes time. I received my product around 15-18 days (business days only) as expected and the shipping was extremely fast as well (5/5 overall wait time). Lastly, I just received my products today and after trying out the entire outfit, I was blown away by how perfect it fit. everything and I mean EVERYTHING was made of such high quality linen/leather material even down to the hammering of the metal/bronze locks that hold the leather/clasps in place. The feel of the material is so natural that it honestly felt like it came from the medieval times. I honestly love every piece I purchased (Cloak, boots, linen pants, and Tunic). The colors match perfectly to the photos given and the fitting is spot on when looking at the measurements. Even the leather boots had the markings of a hand crafted item with the stitching, coloring and heel (5/5 Quality is unmatched).
